Hacking [Help] FBI cannot install CIA files.

Hello guys, I'm new in installing things like these. So I need a little help. I've include some pictures just in case it helps. I also tried to put a dbs folder in the Nintendo 3DS/<id0>/<id1> folder and repaired the database, but sadly, there is no avail. I'm hoping someone out here can do something to assist me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Okay, so I booted into ReiNand then used BrowserHax to get into Homebrew. This time I got a different error. Here are the pictures:

How are you launching FBI? It seems like you're not launching it from within CFW. If you launch it from menuhax, it'll run on plain sysNAND without signature checks patched, and you'll get that error.
If you are indeed launching it from emuNAND, you may want to try NASA instead. It works on every firmware version, so it should work regardless of your emuNAND version.
You can also inject FBI (or any other title manager) into H&S, it should work just fine launched from a H&S inject.

Hey there, thanks for the reply. What I did was that I just launch it before boot, because when I press the power button on my 3DS, it turns on and gives a list of selection on of which one to boot, currently it boots into ReiNand by default, so what I am doing now is that before it boots into ReiNand, I choosed HomeBrewLauncher and just went into there and click on FBI.

Yes, that's menuhax. You're not running it from within CFW, so you're only able to install legit CIAs.

Get the HB Launcher .cia and place it on your sd card
Get into homebrew in your EmuNAND, open up FBI there and install the HB launcher. Then reboot back into EmuNAND and open the HB Launcher icon. From there just try install FBI .cia using FBI again.

Boot your fbi on 9.2 cfw, i had the same issue with aureinand, used the 9.0 firm and it was fixed.

Boot into reinand -> go to hbl -> launch fbi -> install stuff
If this doesn't work: Launch Decrypt9 -> Extract hs.app -> inject fbi into the hs.app -> inject the app into emunand using decrypt9 -> launch emunand -> start hs -> install stuff.

Fbi is for use on lower firmwares, which firmware on you on? Use nasa or devmenu on cfw.
