Wait your saying it turns on when you press a button(lets say the A button)

Not just buttons, when I press around them, effect is still the same

QUOTECall Nintendo about it, and demand that you get your unit fixed or replaced for free. (Unless you've done something that could screw up your DS, like spilling a drink on it or if you've taken it apart.)

Our Country's service is Nortec Eurasia, and they don't care about their customers, but I think I'll do what you said.

Any ideas?

Have you ever done anything to the DS? Like gbpic said, they definitely won't care what you say when they find out you spilled something on it or opened it before. If it's acting strange from just normal use, then call Nintendo for sure. Are you still under the one year warranty, or whatever amount of time warranty the DS comes with?
