Homebrew Help downloading dsimenu++

I have installed DSi menu plus plus but I have no idea what file to put where I am aware that there is a tutorial in here but I find it unclear and. Confusing, thanks.

Sorry another question do I install the .cus or .3dsx and where do I put it

You just need to install the CIA files provided the section and copy the files over that it tells you to copy.
