Hacking Question HELP - Downgrade? Another CFW? Throw away?

Hi guys!

My first Switch got banned and I got another one.
I've tried to install the SXOS on it, but I've got stuck on the emuNAND screen 'cause this 'new' Switch was updated to 11.0.1 (it's a used one).

I broke my arm a few weeks back and forgot about it, but now I can play some games and I am so confused with what I have to do.
I've read I can't use SXOS never again, that I can downgrade back to 10.2.0 with Hecate, Atmosphere or with a voodoo ritual, but I can't find a tutorial T.T

Do I need to downgrade my Switch to use SXOS?
If so, HOW can I do it? Does anyone have a noob-friendly tutorial?

Yes, you need to downgrade. and afaik, there is no way to downgrade from hekate

Im following a reddit thread i found, with atmosphere and ChoiDuJourNX, but i think i might have bricked my switch T.T
idk if is a Mariko one

lite is mariko (it tells you in hekate) if you used a modchip then its a mariko or v1 erista patched
if you used an rcm payload its a v0 erista

i got what happened
choidujour activated the auto rcm function, and i didnt press the off button long enough to reboot.

now im getting an error trying to launch atmosphere :/

"Your console has non-exFAT firmware installed, but your SD Card is formatted as exFAT. Format your SD Card as FAT32, or manually flash exFAT firmware to package2."

how do i manually flash the firmware to package2?
