Hardware (Help) Double Icon on Home Screen

I have CFW 11.2 which is outdated and haven't touched N3DS in couple years. So I did "A9LH to B9S". I noticed I have 2 icons of LumaUpdater and HB Launcher. How do I delete the unnecessary icon?

I tried to go into System Settings>Data Management to delete but I'm not sure which one as there's no indication of timestamps when the icon was made.

The Data Management shows the software from the most recent to the oldest installed,just delete the icons that showed per last
