I have Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 NA version But i want to load my Saves on Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 EU version how can i go about doing this

I don't think that region does matter to Nintendo consoles, unlike PS4.

it matters my saves dont work on the EU version DLC dont work on the NA version of the Game if anyone has some experience in save editing help me please their should be a way to make them compatible

Export US version with Checkpoint, copy save folder from US folder to EU folder, then import EU version. Be aware that there may be differences between the saves and thus the process may not be bug free.
