Hardware Help converting games from PAL to NTSC

I have converted both my copies NO MORE HEROES and TRAUMA CENTER: NEW BLOOD from PAL to NTSC using Wiigionfree for OS X, and I am getting the same results as the PAL ISO's; black and white when ran regularly, green screen when I do FORCE NTSC.

Any clues? Would it make a difference if I used component cables?

Yes it does makes a diference, it was supouse to be already fixed but apparently, is not, you can't convert from XXX to XXX the program only patches the region to make it run on the other region, but the game is still PAL or NTSC-U or NTSC-J
