Hi Guys

Finally got CIos_fix.wad to install - hurrah!

Now when I run Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma IOS249 and select "Launch Game" it says:

DVD Read error (324)

Anyone got any ideas on this error?

Error: ret=-324

Format/Software: Softmod/Backup Loader... Media Issue or cIOS Issue

If believed to be a media issue follow the instructions for ret=-324 in my cios error code guide!

Known Solutions:
Make sure you have the correct cIOS installed!

Uninstall then reinstall the cIOS.... (May have to stream it to the Wii via wifi with wiitcpload!)

Make sure you have the correct IOS installed for the game... Or patch it to use the
cIOS of your choice.. EX: IOS 249

Thanks for your advice but being a complete noob I wouldnt' know how to find out what version of cIOS I have installed or what IOS for the game I need?! How do I go about finding out this information?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've tried for a month now since getting the Homebrew channel installed and I'm still no nearer getting a backup to play! I'm pretty sure I've burnt the iso properly, used IMGBurn and book type is DVD-ROM. The ISO is from a reliable source. I'm running the 3.4E firmware on the Wii if that's of any help.

Darn it and I thought this would be easier than flashing Xbox 360 drives, I'm not finding it!

Don't worry about it I've got it working!

Ran IOS downgrader then Install Shop IOS51 and then CIOS installer - it now bloody works!
