looks like your /bootloader directory is messed up. What was the last thing you did?

E: you should probably just do a fresh update of Atmosphere, Hekate and Firmware and it will fix you right up.

E2: here are the basic steps:
  • Always make a backup…Move/rename /bootloader to ‘bootloader.bk.
  • Download new hekate.x.x.x.zip and unzip it at the top of your sd card.
  • Copy your /bootloader.bk/hekate_ipl.ini to your new /bootloader/
  • reboot
  • fixed?
