Hacking HELP Backing up game/making copies

hi I'm new to all this howebrew stuff, I know how to put apps on and stuff like that but what I want to know is how do I back up my game to an SD or USB etc.

NeoGamma says - R8 ISO249 REV 20
HomeBrew says - ISO58 v24.32
SDHC 4gb
HomeBrew 1.1.0
USB 4gb

I have been having trouble with wiiflow and usb loader gx, usb loader will load but no buttons or any thing will appear while wiiflow will say "please wait" and not load
except this one time when I made a file with "usb-load = no" or something like that and it loaded and then in asked me if i would like to install the game and then it started to but then stopped (game = animal crossing) so I turned it off and loaded it up again then it says "please wait" and it did not load

please help I have no idea what I'm doing and I bet you can tell that since I don't know what ISO I have

tell me what to do, tut and download links will help alot thx
