Would I be able to delete any EmuNANDS that i have on my SD card if I use arm9loaderhax? If so...
1.) Would this have any negative effect on my system or arm9loaderhax?
2.) Would this actually create more space on my SD card?

there's a folder called EMUNAND9 on your SD, you can delete that, and there's a couple other Nintendo 3ds folders. If you never really installed anything to them, they will be the smallest folders which you can delete. Otherwise you'd have to pretty much try to guess how big your sysNAND folder should be

You would first back up EVERYTHING on your SD to a safe location on your computer.
Then you would use Emunand9 and select the "format SD (No emunand)" to get rid of emunand.
And then lastly copy everything back onto your SD card.

You'd still need to format the SD card properly to delete the actual emunand.
