You are not using emunand?
Using emunand you could run a newer firmware - ACHHD uses newer system version than 9.2.
Emunand is System copied to memory card so your system is still 9.2 and can boot CFW, which uses emunand with patches, giving custom 10.4 or even 10.5. I hope there would be Japanese tutorial for emuNAND.

Also possible responses for poll choice means questionnare on top of the page.

EmuNAND9 is best tool for it yes. Take care since exiting from system settings turns back to System NAND.
Emunand can be booted with CFW, but need to use something other than miniPASTA, rxTools, ReinandMod or cakesFW.

Setting up emunand you need format SDcard, so back it up also.
there is way to make your 3DS boot into emunand but like said; it would be good if you find Japanese tutorials for them, so you understand fully. (My japanese is so bad, 日本語話じゃないｗ)
