Hacking Help 3ds won’t boot

i just updated my 3ds and now when I turn it on I get “an error has occurred failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es) pres anny button to shutdown” is there any way to fix this or am i boned

K thanks guys I’ll try this out as soon as I get the chance also sorry for not doing the obvious (google, gbatemp search) I was in a bit of a panic
