I was wondering why I couldn't private message when I made this. I want to pm someone about fixing my n3ds with hard modding, but I can't seem to pm anyone.

Maybe you have to make a number of posts before you PM people, not sure.

Pretty sure that you need to make a certain number of posts before you can PM -- I am in the same boat.

Per the glossary (http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/GBAtemp_Glossary) it looks like only members have access to private messages, and you need 100 posts to become a member.

10 posts = you can PM someone, i think.

Also one little thing: 100 posts = you are now a ''Member'' instead of a ''Newcomer'' (big title, over your username) and you can access the Trade Section.
10 posts, as i said before, changes ''Newbie'' into ''Member (little title, under your username) and you can PM.
