Just looking to mess around with 3ds Homebrew. Tell me some games or apps you'd recommend i download!

The essentials are usually BootNTR, TwilightMenu++, and Universal Updater. From there just install what seems good to you.

Not save file editing, it is just for backing up and restoring saves of 3DS games (both physical and digital), DS, and VC games.
