But I really would like to know the entire process so I can do it on my it_Has_b_US_SPA file, instead of the it_Has_b_US_eng

@hanikazmi & @ether2802

The entire process;

WiiShizzza's Tut

Mind you at the end WiiShizzza packs the 00000001.app file back into the system wad, which is dangerious, instead of using a dol to load the .app file by itself. So in theory you could use the same methods as WiiShizzza, but use icefire's dol to load the .app .
Although I claim no responsability for any issues that arise by following the above tutorial, I used the above method to changed my background and my press A image.

In a day or two im going to release a tutorial/guide for making changes to any/all of the healthscreens.
Eventually i will also be releasing guides to walk you through the steps of changing any other part of the system menu safely. Right now im a bit constrained for time as im still hacking the hell out of the system menu.

Isn't suppose to create a health file and then install it with Healthii Installer????

Can someone help me or direct me to a COMPLETE GUIDE??

-at this time go in the folder c:\healthii\wadunpack\there will be .app files. rename one app file in 00000001.app
-open it, pack it ,then a message appears "successfully packed into .....blablabla.
-return in the folder , copy the 00000001.app file you have modified (it s now bigger than before around 10764 Kbs) and paste it on your sd.
-rename it 00000042.app (NTSC)/00000045(PAl) and run softmii tweak....

enjoy

thanks for your pics ether

Thx thx thx! =)

Hi. The script is probably to fast, and do not save the file whith guardar archivo:

savepd4.jpg

I have to know what to save it as. I tried to save it with a random filename but then I get this error.

errorgz0.jpg

ive got the same problem as the post above.

kallekall, try using v1.0 and it might work.

for me, v1.0.1 and 1.0.2 stop at that part, but v1.0 keeps going.
but...........
when you save the file it doesnt come out as a .health file, it just comes out as file for some reason.
it might work for you though.
are u running vista 64bit? i am and its not working. Maybe thats the problem

mines is doing the same but i noticed when "guardar achivo" appears i wait then click the tab on the bottom tool bar and it disappears but nothing happens so i right click on the icon on the task manager for tplconv.exe and exit. after it closes u8packer then starts runs through is stuff then hits me with the "run time error 53" so i ok it then i go to the task bar again and exit u8healthu.exe when i close that u8 packer starts runs through the the stuff and every thing starts to work the way its ment to then i save the .health but that error obviously stops me from trying it incase i brick the wii

just cant get this to work i am also on vista, with microsoft visual c++, plus net frame work 3

yeah.........
dont exit that beacuse i think healthii thinks that it was finished but it was only quit. that could lead to errors and even a brick.
i guess me and u are waiting for an update or a fix.
you should try v1.0 and not the others. v1.0 works for me but when you save it it saves as a file and not a .health. thats really weird but you might have more luck

if you have preloader you can use the tool from softmii and if the file is corrupted, you just change it back with the original (but first extract with FS Browser you 00000042/5.app)...!!!

BTW: @Zidane, the NES girl doesn't look good in 16:9 screen

ok i noticed while making some health screens for a few people that it's better to have splashscreen disabled... and if it looks like its doing nothing then click your mouse on the top of the dialog box and it should continue(i noticed this when on gbatemp while waiting for Healthii to finish, it was stuck on a screen, so i clicked the top of the dialog box and it started up again)

i got one question,
ive already sort of asked it, but.....
if i install a cutom logo and want to change it back can i go to WAD manager and install my systemmenu289 through it?
im wondering becasue the output file of healthii is a .health and it is installed through the heathii installer and the system menu is a wad. is it okay to install through wad manager?
thanks
