I just want to say two things first:
1. This is not an April Fools' prank
2. If you think I am posting in the wrong section, feel free to ask a moderator to move the thread

Hi, so yesterday I just got a New Nintendo 2DS XL pre-flashed with Luma3DS CFW, and it already came with several installed games and some homebrew CIAs (FBI, Themely, Luma3DS Updater, HBL). But I also noticed something with the Health & Safety app. If I have the 2DS microSD card inserted and it's powered on, the app shows up with the FBI icon but with the original banner. It shows the original icon only when the console is turned on without the microSD card. Just to be sure, I tried opening it and it works just like the original uninjected app.

Is there a way to restore the original app completely? Or a solution to this problem please?

That is a home menu cache issue. You can clear that out using Cthulhu which you can find at https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...ime-step-history-and-cached-icon-data.439485/ Just use the clear home menu cache from the options of it. and it will fix this for you.
