LOL if you seen the size of my cat I could fit a RAID setup in her (Starts looking around for more HDDs and a controller card... here kitty kitty... )
 
Thank you to all for you positive post. Just a little update. I quickly got board of my GameBoy HDD being that it did not have any power or access leds. So I spent some time today and added some to the headphone jack hole... (a Blue for power and a Red for access) if you like here is a video showing that not only does the drive work but the leds as well. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPegHPVtRTs)

If you were to use soundwave would that then be a tape drive.... (that was bad I know) but I really like the idea of using sound wave... maybe with a 1.8" HDD or a SD card (could then open the tape part to change cards)
