Hello.:)

Since the SATA Adapter has no Network Connection,I would try the good old Way of Installing Games from DVD/CD.

Here again I came across an other Challenge:

Most of the Backup Discs are ESR Patched since I only have PHAT PlayStation 2 Modells without Mod Chip.

I tried pretty much all available Versions of HD Loader / HD Advance / HDL GameInstaller....

On Modell SCPH-39004 wLaunchELF v4.43a always says DVD - ESR DVD (off).
HD Loader / HD Advance / HDL GameInstaller tells me "invalid/No PlayStation 2 DVD".

On Modell SCPH-50004 wLaunchELF v4.43a always says DVD - ESR DVD (off).
HD Loader / HD Advance / HDL GameInstaller tells me "invalid/No PlayStation 2 DVD".

On Modell SCPH-30004 R wLaunchELF v4.43a always says DVD - ESR DVD (off).
HD Loader / HD Advance / HDL GameInstaller tells me "invalid/No PlayStation 2 DVD".

With this I can not install any Game....

The Backups works with ESR which is automatically loaded when a Disc is in the Tray.
Unpatched Discs are not recognized (of course).

Thank you for any Tips and Advises and for any Help.:)

You can try to unpatch them. You won't get the original ISO back, but what you do get back after unpatching should be an ISO that works.

Hello.:)

Thank you for Advises.

Winhiip...

Since the SATA Adapter has no Network Connection

I seek for a Solution for the Install from DVD on the PlayStation 2 directly,
because I do not want to remove the HDD every time a I want to install a Game.
Thank you.:)

Thank you.I will try your Suggestion.:)

Correct. You’ll need unpatched ISO’s to install with hdloader. I agree that taking the drive out is a pain in the ass, but the games will install faster than installing games by hdloader. I believe you actually save time with winhiip.
