Homebrew Question hbmenu

Guys maybe is a stupid question, but there is a way to customize hbmenu home, for example to select the order of the app: now they are in Alphabetic order.
or create a folder for example calleed tool.

You can "star" some homebrews so they are displayed first. And yes, you can create folders. Empty folders arent shown, folders with one nro in it will look like they are not in a folder and if multiple nros are in a folder, hbmenu will actually show you that it is a folder. it looks ugly but you can do it of course.
