If you use Luma
> install Luma Updater cia
> Run it, click "Install latest hourly build"
> Go into FBI
> Navigate to SD>hblauncherloader
> Click on "OLD-11-2-0-35-TWN.bin" (It may say something different for you)
> Rename to something like this "OLD-11-3-0-36-TWN.bin" (Of course leave it as your region/3ds model)

I have run the "latest hourly build" update, but now if I go to Luma again, I get an error now, and the system needs to restart?

Had to reinstall Luma CIA again, now it works okay again.

Also there is no file in SD/Hblauncher directory, its empty.

Download the payload for 11.2 and rename, place it in that folder... you cant even use the cia if that folder is nonexistent x,x
As for the luma update messing up, try reverting and redownloading, it's worked on 3 of my consoles

Thanks for your quick reply.

So get the payload from here https://smealum.github.io/3ds/

For me it will be NEW-11-2-0-36-E and rename to NEW-11-3-0-36-E ?

Copy the file to SD/hblauncher?

That should do the trick?

To be sure you downloaded the 11-2-0-35 right? And updated you Luma? Cause A few friends report it to work as can I

Luma is on standard update, not hourly? But I did update just now and before.

for payload I went 11-2-0-36

has to be on hourly, and -35 payload, then you rename it

And still the same error

Lima is on hourly version

Got NEW-11-2-0-35-E then renamed it to NEW-11-3-0-36-E.bin

Will give it another go tomorrow

Thanks

My HBL payload is updated, im on the current nightly of Luma, and im stil getting this error. I'm not sure where im still going wrong.

OLD11.3.0-36USA.bin.

Try renaming your 11.2 payload to 11.3, that's worked for some a bit
It already is. I'm not sure if its an issue with my SD card or not, but everything else is working fine, its just once i updated everything HBL stopped working.

edit: tried it again, HBL would launch and say "New ropbin ready" then shut down.
Edit 2: Suddenly it works now. I don't know.
