Homebrew HBL keeps giving me a yellow screen.

I am using RPwnG as an entrypoint but HBL refuses to load any apps and keeps giving me a yellow screen. I am on a stock o3ds. Does anyone know how to fix this error as i haven't had too much experience with HBL since 11.3.

just keep trying, it wont work sometimes but it does work
