Homebrew hbl.cia help

so i updated to the 11.o on my 3ds (using rx tools) and i see now that ninjahax don't work, i have a cia of the HBL app on my 3ds. but i cant get it to load.. i seen somewhere that you can change the payload to get it to load homebrew but i do not know how to do this. please help and thanks

if its a pain in the ass. i just go back to 10.7

I was just having the same issue but saw this now everything is ok
using RXtools no issues at all
