Homebrew Question Hbg

So after tinfoil and atmosphere needed updating few weeks ago I can't access tinfoil (hbg shop) as I get corrupted error I tried to plug SD card into computer and re transfer files over but I'm still getting the same corruption message can someone assist me as I'm quite new to all this thank you
