For morons who create scams? Yes. For jailbreaking a console you legally purchased? They should legalize it. I still don't see how they deemed doing it an iPhone legal, but illegal for consoles (not that I care that it is).

just what we need from our government more bull shit. they all ready tell us what to do or not to do enough.
some people feel like they can't wipe their own ass with out the government saying it's ok.
