Homebrew HBC problem on my wiiu ?

Hello, I have a problem, I launch the HBC (.rpx) and when I launch wupinstaller, my wii u freeze at the wii u screen (wii u at the bottom right)

Why ?

how do you launch the hbc?

i launch on my sys cfw (installed via wup)

How do you start the cfw?

I think it's because (description simplified and not exact) "you can't start the HBL twice without rebooting from browserhax"

I have haxchi CBHC and i launch the homebrew launch via the channel 2.1

im still having trouble launching any of my homebrew, it just keeps bringing me back to homebrew launcher when i try to load anything. I placed the homebrew_launcher.rpx in wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher
