Homebrew hbc 1.0.5 problem

I've just updated HBC.
The apps (mplayer, mplayerce) doesn't start, just blank screen.
HBC 1.0.5, IOS36 V12.18

What should I try?

I reinstalled HBC via hackmii v0.5, but no effect.
I installed bootmii (both methods), but when I start an app, hbc falls back to bootmii.
I uninstalled bootmii, but no effect.

It may be the homebrew that is not working.
Try re-downloading + is it the latest verison?

The new Hackmii installer installed DVDx and HBC under new Title ID's (to overcome the 4.2x deletion). Mplayer etc will look for DVDx under the old ID so that may be your problem
