Hacking Haxchi

I want to give my Wii U to my nephew is there a way to uninstall haxchi so you don't see the message when it boots ups. It boots to wii menu just afraid if he hits the Home button while its loading and messes something up. If I remove it will the games still be working fine.

best way is to delete the game, then redownload it. it will work like normal then.

what message exactly? I have haxchi and there is nothing shown at boot.

Just haxchi, or haxchi with cbhc? If the latter then definitely don't uninstall the title until after you uninstall cbhc. But to remove haxchi for the title you have to uninstall and reinstall the title, unless you made a backup of the title beforehand (the haxchi installer doesn't last I checked)

yes, the game is borked after installing haxchi. there's a rom.zip that contains the rom for the game, but u've changed that in favor of haxchi. u can reinstall it only if u've made a backup. otherwise, just redownload the game.

okay how i take the message off right when you start system the black screen says haxchi is booting then if you hold home button to go to boot menu. if there a way to disable that

you got cbhc not haxchi then do not delete the game just run the cbhc installer again and it will uninstall the hack, if you delete the game before unistalling you will brick.

erm... guys read @OP
It's CBHC. Either tell him/her not to touch Home button on boot or just run CBHC Installer and uninstall it from there.
...and ofc, REBOOT YOUR DAMN CONSOLE AFTER UNINSTALLING CBHC IT TO CHECK IF IT'S STILL HERE. If you decide to instantly uninstall CBHC then remove CBHC'd game then you're asking for complications or simply, brick.

This thread is a brick waiting to happen. Users telling OP to uninstall HaxChi when said user clearly has CBHC and is not just talking about HaxChi. @op, follow these steps:

Boot to HBL
Uninstall CBHC by running CBHC installer
Once you're sure CBHC is gone (watch for the boot screen on the gamepad) then and only then is it safe to remove the DS

well, the @op should get the terminology right, because I thought the haxchi screen he was referring to was the boot screen. if u want the game back to a game, u have to uninstall cbhc first (make sure it's not present anymore by trying a game that requires sig patches after a coldboot), then delete the game, and finally reinstall it. the rom.zip isn't backed up afaik, so that's the only way unless u made a backup of it.
