Hacking haxchi installer crashing after initializing connection?

no matter what I do, it never works after CFW Booter.

this is also a problem with FTPiiU, where it won't even bother to pick up a connection from FileZilla (i can verify i'm using the right port and IP).

as another thing, when in CFW Booter/IOSUhax, the browser doesn't want to load pages, but Miiverse HOME menu works fine.

can someone help me out here?

I had the problem with the browser and i fixed the browser by setting the wiiu to the proper date and time again
