Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Hi all
Ive got cod bloack ops running, golden eye and many others, just cant seem to get hawx 2 to load, tried hermes and cios 20b with different loaders, disc and usb hdd, any ideas?

Work fine with CIOS rev20b Base 56, in CFG Loader.

If it does'nt work for you you have a bad dump.
