There isn't an immediate issue but thought I would post this to see if anyone has the same thing and solved it in the same way or another. I use 2 micro SD cards with the Wii U:
First has Nintendont and Not64
Second has Riivolution
I wanted to separate them as Riivolution requires patches on the root which looks messy with everything else. However when I'm finished with one SD card and want to use the other nothing boots when launching HBL2HBC for example. I found you can solve it by rebooting the console with the micro SD card inside another adapter. Does this happen with anyone else? Is it some sort of cache clearing?
