Yeah I wholely agree on this. I used autoplugin for my sd2vita and it caused my bird to freeze constantly. I could get my Vita to work ok if I shut it down and popped the sd2vita out then start back up but eventually that wasn't good enough. Even starting with plugins disabled didn't help so I had to start anew. I haven't installed YAMT yet but everything is working as it should, what I'm curious about is can I just reuse everything on my SD card, namely the app, meta and data folders, I'm ok with losing the other files

Have you installed Autoplugin or Autoplugin 2? Because if you have installed the first it is obsolete and has been abandoned for some time and replaced with the second.
I use Autoplugin 2 together with Yamt Lite and i assure you that my PS Vita Slim 3.65 Enso has no problems with games or apps.
It always depends on what you install and also the firmware,because many plugins don't work if you have 3.60 installed,for example.
