I'd love to take a photo with someone dressed like thatAs my grandfather found about our linage, I think I can look up my viking helmet and war axe I guess then.
so u are genetically very very mixed right? i think there's a proper word for someone like you, it's starts with B_ _ _ _ _d lolI recently discovered that I am 3% Jewish, so I believe I am entitled to wear a kippah now. Also, I am Hawaiian and Scottish, so I shall eat haggis wearing a leafy kilt.
Edit: I would also wear a bagpipe and ukulele. Why? Reasons ...
@emigre
i remember during the last british monarch's wedding, and there were many royal soldier of her highness attempted parade and i saw some of them are Indians, with unfitted sense royalty and pride, obviously they can be spotted easily cauz they were rearing the traditional attire and indian's orange round hat.
I'm really curious to know how can they be so proud to serve that royal family who literally ordered to colonize, pillage, kill and enslave India??
MAN, U know, it's like asking a Chinese to serve at japanese's imperial army, or even jew to protect a nazi, which i found it very... irrational.Honestly, people's thoughts on this really fluctuate on person to person. I've met people from a similar background (i.e. family origins from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) who are very patriotic and others from the opposite scale. It's very complex, especially to people's identity. Personally, I believe in abolishing the monarchy whereas my Mum absolutely loves them.
Like every year, I'll be wearing my complete Canadian attire. Including the beard, the beaver tuque, and a log between my legs.
