ive bought it just for the lore but if im honest its just wow with an elderscrolls skin
for me most quests are too shallow and the only quests worth playing are the big story and or the major guild quests
but the biggest oof moment you get is when you open your map half of the map + darkbrotherhood and thiefguild are behind some paywalls

I have it, I don't have time for it though. I shouldn't have bought it tbh. Kinda ticked off that I paid full price for it back in 2015, and nowadays it's available for a tenth of the price with Morrowind DLC included. They could have at least retroactively granted it to previous owners...
The game will eventually (hopefully?) feature the entire map of Tamriel all in one game though, and that's going to be really cool. At least I don't have to maintain a subscription for this game.
