Hacking have official menu 4.0, need help getting wads back

i have a broken arm so bear with me on the grammar.

I have official 4.0u update.

I have HBC installed.

when I go to use wad manager 1.3, i get
installing ticket error ret = -2011

when i try to install cios36 rev8
installing ticket error ret = -2011

when i try to install patched ios60 i get
ESAddcontentstart failed: -1017

when i try to run cios or ios downgrader I get nothing but a reboot.

is there anything I can do to get the ability to install and run unsigned wads back? thank you
