Gaming Has N+ been released yet?

It's impossible to search for either on this site or elsewhere because of it's name. I have tried looking through the release list back to like 2000 and looked at the undumped rom but didn't see anything. Any help with this one?

I did actually try looking if the game had been released I saw it in a flyer I skimmed over I thought. I thought about it again yesterday and started looking. I did a good amount of searching before asking. Thanks for the answers guys.

Well that doesnt really explain how its good. Besides some of their ratings are bad.
