They look insanely expensive compared to Shoptemp. If you're gonna order several things, I would suggest going with Shoptemp's express shipping option instead.
The AK2i is US$22.77 > $15.99 ($6.78 diff)
If you ordered 3 of them, for instance, the difference would be $20.38 and that is roughly what Shoptemp charges for DHL/UPS shipping which is 3-5 days
If you were just gonna order one thing and need it fast though, obviously something kind of local is going to be the better deal.

I would assume that they are in the UK, but I couldn't find any information confirming it either. The ownership of the domain information (http://whois.domaintools.com/epidigit.com) shows that the identity is protected by an agency in the Netherlands.
