it is possible but you have to put an sd card reader inside the console. i don't know if there is enough space in the console (let alone yours with all the extra stuff inside)
There is enough space, use a small arduino flex clone(Yes they exist) , manually solder everything on and here a little picture to show you how to not fry your SD card when reading.
