Okay, don't wanna seem like a noob here.
I've been out of the 3DS hacking scene for a while (Well, since around when Ninjhax2.5 was announced) . I have ironhax installed on my lost O3DS. I plan to buy a N3DS or get off my lazy butt and see where my O3DS has got to.

Now everyones going on about 'hans'. What exactly is it and what does it do? From what I can see, it loads rom hacks? But isn't that the same as loading any 3ds rom? And people say piracy isn't possible on hans. And then it gets confusing.

So, what is hans? What does it do?
