ROM Hack Hans question

I tried to set my acnl to japanese(just for fun)
But right after i start it it says the things and last sentence is invalid icache
on every another software it works(like dream team bros)
Did i not updated Hans or what?

First, Hans tries to achieve its features in a way that is far from technically ideal - it's better to use alternatives whenever possible (most CFWs nowadays have language/region spoofing for instance), game updates aren't usable, ...

And then, the games may not support Japanese (why add a language that's not even selectable on the consoles it's supposed to be played? although many newer games DO include extra translations, they may be disabled)

The ideal thing to do is to install the Japanese version (which will install as a separate title) AND configure region/language spoofing so it thinks it's running on a Japanese console!

Well, did anything change in your system configuration?

I'm thinking mainly of how you're launching your 3dsx apps, Rosalina's system is incompatible with title reloading
