Question: can I order the game on Amazon.com and then play it on my EUR 9.9 3ds with HANS for region-spoofing?
If yes I'll order it after my birthday...if not I'll wait until European release date (February 2016)...

Why do people who are against piracy even come to this thread? It doesn't make any sense. Everyone pirates on here in the homebrew section.
Homebrew is a lot more than mere piracy. Keeping this in mind, it does make sense for anti-piracy individuals to be interested in homebrew.

Back on topic: If people are making progress, they aren't posting about it on frequented websites. I've not found any news through Google.

i will be missing out on this week's Black Friday, maybe. NoA's up to 50% discount makes me lethargic since my currency depreciates so much that it's day one prices again.

If there's a new handheld, i will not hesitate to pirate... I can't go back to physical cart and eshop game prices are as expensive as a brand new PS4 game in my country.

fyi, I am still buying physical carts...

People bark and snarl when piracy is mentioned on a game forum for hacking and hombrew???? I believe the actual Nintendo forums are somewhere else people. Stick to review and official Nintendo forums if you don't want to be here. I personally feel that if I pay for a device, then I should be able to make it do what I want. It may be piracy or just some hombrews, but what I do with my device is my business. Unless your going to give me your bank account info, then use that TIGHT pinch you have on your own wallet and use it to hold your mouth shut and keyboard still.

Ok so I want to make sure before I go out and buy anything, if I buy a physical copy of Super Mystery, will HANS allow me to play the game cart? (FW 9.9.0.26u)

Sadly, some people are really militant about anti-piracy. Remember Devolution, the Gamecube loader for Wii before Nintendont that requires an anti-piracy verification check before it'll run your games? Not to mention I got banned from wiiudev just for mentioning Nintendont and USB Loader games when asking if an IOSU exploit would allow me to have three partitions in one hard drive.
