Hacking HAN PS2 Classic. Copyright fail on load.

I'm getting an error when I try to run a SNES emulator that I converted from an ISO to PKG, its telling me that the copyright information is incorrect. I Followed the steps- I took the ISO, added the roms to the ISO, encrypted the ISO with the PS2 classic tool, then took the encrypted file and converted it to a pkg and then installed that onto the PS3. And then I took the .rap from PS2classic placeholder and put it in a folder with my act and idps, ran the batch file to sign- installed the rifinstaller that was generated- So what could I be doing wrong to get the copyright failure error?
