Probably it's the size of Mother 3, it's too big. I deleted mine before flashing to prevent thisI also have Mother 3, which is 32 GB uncompressed, 11 GB compressed, in its own folder. What could have caused the C8 error? One thing I noticed was that while I could create a Mother 3 save file, when I tried to launch that save file, it just reset the ROM, ignoring the save state. Could that be because the file size (uncompressed) is too big? Could this have caused the C8 error?
Does banjo even let you create a save when you go home? Or if you go home does it just close out the game?I just encountered an issue where Super Mario 64 uses the built in save system fine yet Zelda and Banjo delete my saves after going back to the main menu, anyone else?
I'm talking about the save files in game, which are supposed to be working.Does banjo even let you create a save when you go home? Or if you go home does it just close out the game?
Is memory pak required for that game?I'm talking about the save files in game, which are supposed to be working.
I think so, it isn't supported? Is memory pak required for that game?
Most I think are using the Wii classic controller. It's worked great for me.How are you all hooking up your SNES, Sega Genesis, & N64 controllers to the NES Classic?
Snes9x2010 is superior for gameplay experience (with a couple exceptions), and there are some games where the differences are glaring. The rain drops in ALTTP, the visuals in Donkey King Country, and sound effects in general are all distorted in snes9x2005. Those are just some examples. Unfortunately, there is a bug in snes9x2010 that creates 5MB save states, so you could quickly eat up your memory and get a C4 error if you save too many games. The only game I actually found to be improved on snes9x2005 is Yoshi's Island.
I tried this but the system still deletes my files after a reset.I don't believe so unless you add this command. Assuming you're using glupen. This was a few pages back.
Did you readd retro from modules after adding the command? What about saving through retro. Open up a game that retro. Then open of hakchi settings. Change save states to 1 then save it. Then exit out and go back in and click load state. Does that not work eitherI tried this but the system still deletes my files after a reset.
Yeah I readded the retroarch mod with the added command. I guess save states do work so I'll be using that, but I'd much rather the normal file system worked so it was a more authentic experience. Beggars cant be choosers I guess.Did you readd retro from modules after adding the command? What about saving through retro. Open up a game that retro. Then open of hakchi settings. I agree. You don't wanna have to open up retro to load the file either. And to save it etc. But its better than not being able to save at all.Yeah I readded the retroarch mod with the added command. Just challenge yourself and only use the save states, during the "save" points of the game.Yeah I readded the retroarch mod with the added command. Thank you very much for your usefull information. I tried beta 1.22 for the receiver but i wont start after installing the firmware so i tested 1.05 beta and it's working fine. For the nes30 controller i went for 2.73 beta. It's a bit strange with it, without any configuration in retroarch the d pad works in all nes games. But in some snes games like all mortal kombat games the d pad doesen't work. I ordered two sfc30 controller and will thest them again. As i saw on the 8bitdo side, they are using the same firmware like the nes30.All Patches can be found in their 8Bitdo forums, they are stickied in each forum.
