Homebrew Hacky save manager help

Whenever i try and import my main file from from Pokemon sun back into my 3ds i hit import and it crashes back into homebrew. it started when i accidentally tried importing sun's main into cubic ninja. i deleted the homebrew files and redid homebrew. still didn't help. any suggestions?

ive installed it into my 3ds sd card but it doesnt show up on my homebrew menu?

im using a new 3ds xl united states 11.4.0.37.
everything was working fine up until the mistaken import of my sun file. i use ninja hax to launch homebrew

https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSM/releases put the .3dsx and .smdh in the 3ds folder, make a new folder and call it JKSM, load up HBL via Ninjahax, and you should be good to go?

after lots of research i deleted the extra files it created in my savebackup file and that fxed it. thanks for yalls help
