Hacking Hackmii Download

Does anyone know what is happening with hackmii the url forwards to a download immediately i have tried opening it it doesnt work im going to try it again later in cli app, just to be sure. Anyone else know what it is, may be some thing to do with boot mii???

Anyway thank you in advance if you know my advice though just in case anyone who is unsure and running windows leave well alone.
