Gaming Hacking into a Comcast DVR box?

I have Comcast, and wanted to know, is it possible to hack into the DVR box and pull shows off the HD? I'd really love to save a bunch of my shows to DVD, but don't have the first clue about how to do it!

Nope, at least not get them directly off of the HD.

You could use a capture card on your PC and then record them though, but that takes a lot of time.
