No, that file is the package2 of the 11.0 firmware, with this process you basically are downgrading your console to 11.0 again but leaving the SystemVersion and the two other modules of the 11.0.1.
But will the games believe that it is in the latest version and will it work without problems?

PS: It seems that everyone is fooling SXOS, you little boy.

There are some BCPKG-Images around that can be flashed to the nand. I wouldn't recommend anyone flashing .bin files found online to your nand.

If me saying this is against the rules, then please remove.

EDIT: Spelling

I made a file based emunand for Atmosphere - updated it to 11.0.1 firmware.
Then copied the emunand files to my computer.
Opened the enumand files with - NxNandManager v4.1.1
Right Clicked on each BCPKG section and clicked - restore from file.
Once each of the 4 files was done (about 2 seconds each)
I saved the dump to rawnand.bin.

Next I split - the dump like this:
Code:
Open the rawnand.bin file using HxD Hex Editor and go to: Tools => File Tools => Split...
File to split: Should already be populated.
Base name for partial files (incl. path): Give the output file a name and save location, name can be anything for the time being as you will need to rename them later.
Naming pattern for partial files: Leave as default Naming Consecutively.
Size of partial files: Leave as default Custom, change to bytes, enter the following (Very Important): 4294836224
Then click OK to start splitting the files, once completed, rename the split files to full.00.bin to full.07.bin (See above).
To make sure the split files are correct, RIGHT CLICK on the file and check the properties:
The following files should be the following Size: 3.99 GB (4,294,836,224 bytes)
full.00.bin
full.01.bin
full.02.bin
full.03.bin
full.04.bin
full.05.bin
full.06.bin

The last file should have the following Size: 1.12 GB (1,204,682,752 bytes)
full.07.bin

Next copied the files back to my Micro Sd card - /sxos/emunand/ folder (also included boot0.bin and boo1.bin).
Booted SXOS into emunand - and indeed SXOS works and firmware reports as 11.0.1

So no need to do this on your real nand - and I can confirm it works on emunand just fine.

EDIT: Patches also fix icons in tinfoil using modded boot.dat

All the games that work in 11.0.1 work in 11.0, this the only advantage have is if in the future a game comes out on a cartridge that requires 11.0.1 will works without modify the xci. The nsps and xci installed don't need it because the installers patch the firmware check.

Still waiting for proof this works not a bunch of friends "conspiracy" together, more friends than chandler joey tribiani

Dont care for any of this; but just wanna say congratulation.

With this and the fact that Xecuter is doing nothing I guess it would be more than time for them to give the god damn coding to the community or else it's just wasted features if they never update them.

I mean if they are really thinking to never update it then they should let the community update it.

Dump Sys-Nand 11.0.1 as Emunand file. (microsd:/sxos/emunand)

Copy everything to your PC, create a backup of "full.00.bin". Open "full.00.bin" with NxNandManager. Replace the 4 files following the same names. Save, copy everything to your MicroSD and run EmuNand. Ready.

You can restore that patched Emunand as sys-Nand, not recommended.

I don't mind staying on 11.0 if games can be back ported like on PS4. That baby is still rocking 5.05, and everything works like a charm.

Even if not. Keeping an extra EmuNAND or SD lying around Is a small price to pay to use a HDD... 3000+ available games!
