Hack on the sysnand

Hi everyone

I hope you can help me with my questions, since I am new to this. I just bought a switch, they already sold it to me with games on the SD and with Atmosphere, but the hack is installed on the sysnand. (Current version: 14.1.2/AMS 1.3.2/S)

I have heard that it is not recommended that the hack is installed on the sysnand and that it is best to have an emunand. My question is if I can factory format the console as it is and if there is no risk of bricking when formatting it. The guy who sold it to me told me that it enters RCM automatically, if I format it, that is removed and I will have to use jig?
The truth is that he didn't tell me if it's banned because he only used it on airplane mode and I'm doing it the same way (I'm not interested in playing online).

what I would like is to do the hack from zero in the emunand and not touch the sysnand. In case that it's not possible. How can i change the SD card to install more games. It has a 64 GB SD card but it's full.

I mean. the sysnand is already tainted since they decided to pull that move. Buying it knowingly with sysnand hacks aswell kinda further hurts the topic. You have the guide there to follow. no your wont need a jig since it can be properly hacked as is. Just dont except to not be banned.

had one banned on sysnand as i did bout on sysnand by mistake from heckate as fast as i tried to acess eshop
