The very reliable and widely used and popular Tool maybe already answered your Question:

The media is likely to be defective.

So,using it is your own Risk of loosing Data..and for sure not recommended.

Tested the SD card again just to be sure, test came out clean. I guess it is not that reliable over a 15 hour test.
