Hacking H-Encore 2 error C0-11136-2

I have checked the file extension for the license RIF file multiple times.
It is not .rif.bin, it is .rif.
I have an Ubuntu Linux system running 16.04 LTS.
PS Vita with 3.73.
I also made the .psvimg files by running a text file with the commands to make the .psvimg's....
But when I copy H-Encore 2 over and start it the error in this thread's title happens every time.
I followed the guide from GitHub. I did do step 6 right! Is there something I am missing, or something I didn't read??? Like... tf do i do

There was a weird symbol in the name of the license folder. It works now.
